Though we are a fully licensed nursing home, many of our residents and their families tell us it doesn’t feel like a medical facility. Some say it feels like a fancy hotel, while other say it feels like home. We take great pride in providing the very best care in a comfortable and natural setting.

You won’t hear overhead paging or loud machinery in our halls. Instead, you can read announcements, menus and special events on the eye-level monitors placed strategically throughout our facility. You’ll also notice clean, odor-free hallways and unobtrusive nursing stations.

But make no mistake. The Maplewood employs a fully certified staff of nurses and aides to make sure your needs are met. Our nurses and assistants are here to keep residents safe, healthy and comfortable. You can depend on us to give you the very best care in the most personal and caring manner.

It’s not uncommon to meet a nurse with ten or even twenty years of experience taking care of our residents.
