I found myself in a frustrating situation of a technical nature this morning. This issue meant I had to find a fix for a glitch in my laptop computer. My laptop is utilized for most of my work as The Maplewood’s communications manager. So as one might imagine, I found myself agitated and increasingly impatient, as the fix was not presenting itself.
2011 has certainly been a year for reflection, and has included plenty for which to be thankful. So much of what I'm thankful for this year stems from my experiences here at The Maplewood.
It’s great how a wonderful story can literally walk into your office and tell itself. With our annual 3-day Holiday Bazaar going on today – this being my first Bazaar – I had already seen and heard plenty of nice things worth sharing. But what was shared with me this afternoon was truly special.
